Manufacturing Engineer

Responsible for initiating and developing of repairs on APU

engine components, which include but, is not limited to,

writing repair process routings.

Liaison with Customers and CAD Experience a MUST.

Welders, Certifiable to AMS2219 & AMS1595

Tig welding on parts used in the aerospace industry.

Experience with aluminum, magnesium and stainless

 steel. Individual must be certifiable to AMS2219 & AMS1595.   

Machinists

Manual Mill Operator

                                   1.) Experienced in set up of Mill machines.

                                   2.) Experienced in operation of Mill machines.

Must have the ability to work with close Aerospace Spec's.

CNC experience a plus.

Personal tools required.

Machinists

ID/OD Grinder

                                   1.) Experienced in set up of ID/OD grinding machines.

                                   2.) Experienced in operation of ID/OD grinding machines.

Personal tools required.

Maintenance Technician

Maintain a 40,000 Sq. Ft. Machine Shop

                                   1.) Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Shop Equipment.

                                   2.) Strong background in CNC Equipment & Electronics.

                                   3.) Additional Duties Include:

                                          a.) Light Refrigeration

                                          b.) Construction

                                          c.) Painting

                                          d.) Plumbing

                                          e.) Electrical Wiring (220v-480v 3PH)
